The Wounded Warrior Unity Ride is an annual 200+ mile bicycle event from FT Eustis VA to Walter Reed Army medical center in DC. The first event took place in Oct 2007 after a small group of FT Eustis soldiers organized the event. The next event is on the 27th and 28th of September of 2008. When we heard the the Richmond VA medical center was opening a new Fisher House we decided to add an additional event to help raise awareness and collect donations for sustaining the Fisher House after it opens.
